This course provides a comprehensive discussion of the 10 core subject areas fundamental to the understanding of security for CIOs, managers, and engineers. This course covers the 10 domains that are required knowledge for the CISSP® certification exam.

Audience

Students should have some experience with Information Security concepts and practices. To earn the CISSP® certification, four years of full-time experience in information security or three years plus a B.S. degree is required.

Acquired Knowledge

Each domain of knowledge is dissected into its critical component. Every component is discussed showing its relationship to each other and other areas of network security. After completion of the course the student will have a good working knowledge of the ten domains of knowledge.
