Definition: Our consultants meet with clients to identify a clear statement of the problem to the business. Included in this process is not only stating the problem but also the impact on the organization in terms of strategic, financial and organizational factors in the business.
Visualization: In conjunction with the client, we identify the desired state solution to the problem. Based on the strategic initiatives for the organization, job roles are reviewed and the desired skill sets are assigned. This step defines a detailed specification of the desired state for the client.
Assessment: In order to reach our destination, we need to know where we are starting from. Leadership Ecademy will conduct assessments to document existing skills inventories, and compare the results against the desired competencies. We utilize two state of the art assessment tools to facilitate this process; SMART assessments for larger projects and groups of staff members or Lominger Voices 360 reviews for executive leadership and C level assessments.
Analysis: Identify the specific leadership skills that need to be developed across the organization. Competency gaps are efficiently identified and organized, creating a detailed development plan for a staff member or a comprehensive organizational training plan for groups within the organization. All analysis work is conducted using the assessment tools as well as the Excel interfaces for reporting data.
Deployment: Efficiently deliver the skills training required using state of the art training modalities. Leadership ecademy has teamed with New Horizons Learning Centers of Wisconsin to deliver skills development classes using the OnLine Live Virtual Classroom as well as traditional classroom instruction for groups. Our instructors are veteran instructors with years of experience that pay off in the classroom.
Measurement: Leadership ecademy is the only organization that provides one on one followup after classes to make sure that new skills developed are used, reinforcing the training and ensuring the success of the training event. We also are pioneers in using social media to provide peer groups for mentoring after the classroom experience.

Leading Self develops the important foundation skills necessary for success in completing tasks through self. It demands that disciplines be developed to ensure work is accomplished in sufficient quality and quantity without much help from others. These competencies are the foundation for all further leadership development.
Leading Others adds an important set of critical competencies for success. In addition to the competencies for leading self, we add decision quality, managing and measuring work, motivating others, drive for results and conflict management. These six foundation courses and additional electives address the needs of workers and prepare them for leading others.
Leading Outcomes takes leadership skill to a whole new level, focused on getting results through others. Direct report and peer relationships comfort around upper management, perspective, strategic agility, and managing vision and purpose are the most important topics addressed. Coursework in the Leading Outcomes category is custom tailored for each individual participant addressing the important skills that make the strategic difference in the workplace. These competencies or skills are identified using a comprehensive 360 tool and the corresponding development plan is created to take advantage of the participant’s current business goals, making learning part of their performance.
