Leading Others

Leading Others adds an important set of critical competencies for success. In addition to the competencies for leading self, we add decision quality, managing and measuring work, motivating others, drive for results and conflict management. These six foundation courses and additional electives address the needs of workers and prepare them for leading others.

Leaders in World Class organizations are distinguished by their ability to inspire, motivate and achieve results through the work of others.  Leading Others provides a skills foundation for World Class Leaders.

Candidates for Leading Others start with a Lominger Voices 360 assessment to define perceived leadership skills and attributes based on the perspective of peers as well as the candidate.  This is a substantial investment of time and effort to identify the development plans that complement the necessary competencies required by the organization.  Competencies are assessed, evaluated and cross referenced against the six core classes and desired electives.

Core curriculum includes:

v  Managing Change:  The Courage to Make Things Happen

v  Managing Employee Performance

v  Motivation:  Identifying, Planning and Implementing
