Leading Self
Leading Self prgoram develops the important foundation skills necessary for success in completing tasks through self. It demands that disciplines be developed to ensure work is accomplished in sufficient quality and quantity without much help from others. These competencies are the foundation for all further leadership development.
World Class organizations set themselves apart by having team members engaged, productive and executing in step with company objectives. Leading Self provides a skills foundation for World Class staff members.
Candidates for Leading Self start with a SMART assessment to determine baseline skills as well as outline a prescriptive learning plan to develop the necessary competencies to benefit the organization. Competencies are evaluated and cross referenced against the six core classes and desired electives.
