Technical Instructors
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT):
The ideal candidates will have experience providing quality technical training covering MCSE/MCITP/MCSD/MCPD courses, CISCO courses and security related courses (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH, CHFI, SCNA, and/or SCNP preferred).
Computer Application Instructor:
The right individuals will provide quality training covering desktop applications. Applicants must possess a dynamic ability to teach, learn new products quickly, and excellent customer service skills.
Overview of Positions
Microsoft Technical Instructor/Microsoft Certified Trainer Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-end technical classes at our centers or at a client’s location (travel may be required)
· Mentor students in areas of expertise
· Set up classes in advance of delivery
· Maintain certification status on annual basis (company covers related expenses)
· Maintain quality of delivery as measured by student evaluations
· Increase professional and technical knowledge
· Assist Sales department as needed (consult on content and delivery)
To qualify as a Microsoft MCSE/MCITP/MCSD/MCPD Technical Instructor, you must have:
· Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification and at least one of the following Microsoft certifications: MCSE, MCITP, MCSD, MCPD. Security and Cisco Certifications a plus
· A minimum of 1-3+ years instructing in a classroom or training center environment preferred
· College degree or comparable real world experience
· Experience delivering training to corporate developers and IT professionals
· High level understanding of Microsoft technical products and technologies
· Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
· Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Strong customer-service orientation
· Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Computer Application Instructor Responsibilities:
· Deliver desktop application classes at our training center or at a client’s location (travel may be required)
· Uphold minimum required student scored evaluation average
· Increase professional and technical knowledge
To qualify for the Computer Application Instructor position, you must have:
· Past training experience or Education background mandatory
· College degree preferred
· Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
· Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Strong customer-service orientation
· Background in Microsoft Office 2007/2010 and SharePoint strongly preferred
