Cancellation Policy:
APP' CLASS: >6 bus days: No Chrg
5-2 bus day: 50% Chrg
1-0 bus day: 100% Chrg
TECH' CLASS, GRP EVENT: >11 bus day: No Chrg
10-6 bus day: 50% Chrg
5-0 bus day: 100% Chrg
ONSITE ENROLLEE: >11 bus day: No Chrg
10-0 bus day: 100% Chrg
No Show Policy - For students who fail to show for a class without notification, the full fee for the class shall be invoiced. If a student attempts to log in after the scheduled start time they will not be able to attend the training and will be considered a “no show”, and will be invoiced for the full fee of the class.
