Novell Gold Training partners are provided with all the latest Novell subscriptions and resources as well as access to the latest software to stay up to date with Novell products. Resources are provided to ensure that the hardware and the technology used are supported by Novell’s latest training products. New Horizons also employs CNIs (Certified Novell Instructors) on staff to present training. These instructors ensure that the training delivered will meet with the criteria Novell sets forth for its Gold level partners. Novell also requires its partners to offer the “Metrics that Matter” evaluation tool which measures the overall quality of the training experience. This helps to maintain the standard of excellence that Novell is known for in Training materials.
