What's Available:

• Attendance is limited to our business clients only and to the individual named on the "Unlimited Club" pass only.
• This offer available only for New Horizons of Wisconsin-delivered public classroom courses with list price of $2,750 or less.
• Excludes the following courses:
  • VMware Courses
  • ITIL Courses
  • Citrix Courses
  • Project Management Professional Courses
  • Online Courses (Online Live, Connected Classroom or Online Anytime)
  • Cisco Courses (except ICND 1 & 2)
• Registrations are subject to space availability

Attendance

• Courses must be attended no later than February 26, 2010 and apply to all qualifying courses that have available seating.
• A photo ID must presented at check-in and must match the name on the Club
• All New Horizons of Wisconsin course policies apply except:
  • All courses must be taken by the same individual - nonrefundable /nontransferable/no substitutions permitted.
  • All Course Cancellations must adhere to the published New Horizons cancellation policy.
  • Any no-shows without providing prior notification as required will lead to cancellation of the unlimited Club and of all future reserved courses associated with this Club.

Purchase

• Original purchase of Club must be phone order.
• Promotional fare of $3,995 for the Club must be paid in full prior to the first registration or NET 10 whichever occurs first.
• A customer, who has already paid for an upcoming course, can upgrade to the Club by paying the difference between the amount paid and the cost of the Club. Any upgrade must be completed at least 14 days prior to the start of that course.
• Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATVs) or Cisco Learning Credits (CLC's) will not be accepted as payment for this promotion.
• This offer is not valid with other promotions or discounts.
