The Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications enable professionals to target technologies and to distinguish themselves by  demonstrating in-depth knowledge ans expertise in their specialized technologies. An MCTS is consistently capable of implementing, building, troubleshooting and debugging a particular Microsoft technology.
