Cancellations & Refunds



Open Enrollment Cancellation Agreement

New Horizons requires written cancellation notification for Technical training ten (10) or more business days in advance of your scheduled class date, should you need to cancel or reschedule your training. This will secure transfer or refund of your investment. If notification is received in less than ten (10) business days, but more than five (5) business days, a cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the original investment will be assessed. Full payment will be required if a cancellation or schedule change is requested within five (5) business days or less of the class date.

For Applications classes New Horizons requires notification of five (5) business days prior to class date; notification less than five (5) days will result in full payment. No refund will be provided without meeting these requirements. Payment Terms - payment is due prior to class start for all Open Enrollment classes.


Club/Coupon Memberships

Internet/Graphic and Business Productivity members will be assessed a $50 late cancellation for less than five (5) business days or no show.

Any public open enrollment class invoiced as a late cancellation or no-show may be taken within six (6) months from the originally scheduled class

Coupon holders will be invoiced the retail price for the course or may redeem sufficient coupons for the balance.

No refunds will be provided for Cisco classes cancelled less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date.


Cisco Cancellation Agreement

Written cancellation notification for client cancellations made ten (10) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date will be at no charge. If a client chooses to cancel less than ten (10) business days prior to the event, client acknowledges responsibility to pay a fee representing 100% of the total due.


Online ANYTIME Cancellation Agreement

There is no cancellation for Online Anytime solutions if the cancellation request is made more than 7 business days after purchase. Refunds are only made in the event that the technology is not compatible with your existing computer and/or network. Exchanges can be made if the incorrect solution has been ordered for you.


Online LIVE Cancellation Agreement

To receive a full refund for the course New Horizons must receive the New Horizons Online LIVE Learning Kit within 10 business days of the refund request. The kit must be returned in resell condition in order to get a full refund; otherwise the refund will be the purchase price less the cost of the New Horizons Learning Kit.


Stand-by/Late Policy

Waitlisted students will be admitted 30 minutes after class begins if a seat becomes available. If you are enrolled in a class and arrive more than 30 minutes late, your seat may be given away to a waitlisted student.
