Who's It For?

The MCSE: Business Intelligence certification validates your ability to work in the Business Intelligence Developer role to create analysis and reporting solutions on the SQL Server 2012 platform. With certification training at New Horizons, the student will learn to:

• Implement reporting solutions by using SQL Server Reporting Services
• Implementing multidimensional databases by using SQL Server Analysis Services
• Creating tabular semantic data models for analysis by using SQL Server Analysis Services
• Create visualizations of data by using Power View
• Create data mining solutions by using SQL Server Analysis Services

Certification and Exams

The MCSE: Business Intelligence certification candidate must earn the SQL Server 2012 MCSA, and then pass two additional exams.

Holders of the MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2008 certification may upgrade to the MCSE: Business Intelligence certification by passing the following three exams:
