MCITP: Consumer Support Technician Requirements

MCITP candidates earn their MCITP: Consumer Support Technician Credential by passing two required exams; one Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Windows Vista prerequisite exam and one Professional Series exam.
