Cancellations & Refunds
Below are New Horizons El Paso Cancellation and Refund Policies.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation penalty is incurred for cancellations made more than fifteen (15) business days prior to the class start date. If cancellation occurs fourteen (14) days before the class start date, fifty per cent (50%) of the fee for that class shall be invoiced. If cancellation occurs seven (7) business days or less before the class start date, one hundred per cent (100%) of the fee for that class shall be invoiced. For students who fail to show for a class with no notification “No Shows”, one hundred per cent (100%) of the class fee shall be invoiced to the client.
