Job Title: Account Executive

WORK LOCATION:  Work from home 

Two positions available: 1 based in Indianapolis, IN; 1 based in Boston, MA

  • Generate, develop and maintain new business
  • Articulate the New Horizons values and services.
  • Able to make over 60 phone calls per day.
  • Build strong client relationships and satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify, forecast and attain sales objectives.
  • Respond to client IT and business needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals.
  • Map training needs to customer’s core business goal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Daily use of the CRM tool.


  • Appreciation for knowledge of computer skills – specifically IT, networking or Office applications
  • Experience in a technical industry or with technology sales, or experience in the IT training space
  • Professional, personable, loyal and trustworthy in communications and relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce 
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
