Scott Ryan
Instructor
Scott Ryan has more than eight years of IT instruction experience along with six years in computer network administration and technical support experience. He is certified for CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ and Microsoft Desktop Administration. Considered the “IT Guru” among his family, friends and colleagues, Scott Ryan has always loved working with technology. Scott loves to learn new things and share this knowledge with others. He thrives when he improves life around him by finding solutions to problems. Because of this, technology has become a passion for him.
Facts and Hobbies:
Scott is a graduate of the university of life. Besides his career as an instructor, he has worked in many industries in real life jobs giving him a well-rounded perspective of how hard work is enhanced by technology. Along the way, he picked up a BS degree in Computer Network Management at Westwood College.

Jessica Rossister
Instructor
Jessica Rossiter joined New Horizons of Washington, D.C. in 2018. She offers more than 10 years of artistic experience with various design and 3-D software applications. She has over 5 years’ experience as an application instructor in Fairfax County Public Schools and in building coordination. Her areas of expertise include the Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Master Collection, Windows, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Google Sketch-Up. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Game Art and Design at the Art Institute of Washington, D.C.
