Cisco Learning Credits or CLCs are prepaid training vouchers redeemed directly with Cisco that help you purchase, redeem, and manage Cisco training. Use CLCs to upgrade your team's expertise with our authorized Cisco training, available for public enrollments, private training, eLearning courses, and Cisco U.

Step-by-step process for using your CLCs to purchase training. 

To enroll into a Cisco Course using CLCs as your payment method, follow these steps:  

  1. Contact New Horizons to get a direct link to the Cisco Learning Locator course & class date to or the e-learning product you would like to purchase using CLCs 
  2. Fill out the order form at that link. 
  3. A Team Captain from your organization will receive an email from Cisco to approve the training request using CLCs.  
  4. Once approved, the booking is sent to New Horizons, and you will be officially enrolled in the course or assigned your e-Learning content.

How long are CLCs valid? 

Cisco Learning Credits are valid for 365 days from the activation date. 

Is it possible to extend CLCs? 

To extend Cisco Learning Credits’ expiration date, your company team captain needs to submit the extension request through the Cisco Learning Credit Management Tool (LCMT).  The request can be submitted anytime after the activation of the Cisco CLCs and 60 days after the expiration date.
