Cancellations and Refunds
Below are the New Horizons Computer Learning Centers Cancellation and Refund Policies.

When class enrollments reach maximum capacity students who seek enrollment to that class will be placed on the class roster as a Standby student. Standby students will be admitted 30 minutes after scheduled class start if a seat becomes available. Seats become available when registered students become No-show (student has not entered class within 30 minutes after class start). Retake Students are enrolled as Standby. Retakes must bring previously issued courseware, and additional fees may apply (LMS fee, LOD fee, etc.). *Open enrollment classes are subject to change.
For New Horizons delivered open enrollment classes, ten (10) business days' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If a student fails to cancel prior to the ten (10) business days or does not show to the class (see No-show policy), 100% of class price will be charged. If class is paid for with coupons, those coupons will be forfeited. If class is paid for with a seat license, those days will be removed. In case of a Premium class, multiple coupons will be pulled. For non-New Horizons delivered classes, those classes delivered using a third-party provider, cancellation and reschedule policies will vary. It is the responsibility of the student, and decision maker/purchaser, to ask their Account Executive about third-party cancellation and reschedule fees.
DEDICATED CLASS, ONSITE CLASS, OR ROOM RENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
Notify your New Horizons Center ASAP to avoid penalties. If rescheduled with no fewer than fifteen (15) business days before scheduled date, an administration fee of 10% will be added to the purchase amount. If rescheduled with fewer than 15 days in advance of scheduled date, 100% of the class price will be due by date of originally scheduled class.
RED HAT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
Red Hat policy dictates that fifteen (15) business days' notice is required to reschedule with no additional fees. Only one (1) reschedule is permitted. Rescheduling with less than fifteen (15) business days' notice will incur a processing fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the published course price (MSRP). New class date must be given at time of reschedule, and class must be completed within one (1) year of original invoice date. Student substitutions can be made no less than 48 hours before the start of the class. In case of a no-show, no refund or reschedule will be provided, and payment will be forfeited.
OnDemand CANCELLATION/ENROLLMENT POLICY
OnDemand keys are activated upon receipt of payment, and are valid for one (1) year. Once a key has been activated, it cannot be cancelled. Keys are valid only for the individual on the invoice, and are non-transferrable. Enrollment begins on date of invoice and ends twelve (12) months from invoice date.
To maintain a productive learning environment, students who fail to show and be present for their scheduled class without appropriate notification (see Cancellation/Reschedule Policy) or those who attempt to login/attend a class later than 30-minutes after the scheduled start of a class, will be considered a No-Show (no exceptions) and will not be allowed to attend the class. A refund, credit, or reimbursement in any form will not be granted for any No-show. If the student paid with a credit or coupon pool the enrollment fee will be deducted from the Volume Purchase Total.
It is New Horizons Computer Learning Centers policy that all sales are final.
Failure to pay will result in cancellation of any current and future company enrollments and the case will be sent to collections. Coupons are valid for 12 months from invoice date, and are non-transferable. Clubs are limited to the individual on the invoice, are non-transferable and start on the date of invoice. Premium classes will have multiple coupons pulled for enrollment. The client understands that signed order agreements shall be an agreement between New Horizons and their company, and as a qualified signature for said company, is responsible for the tuition, and shall make all personnel/employees aware that refunds will be made to the company. All reasonable discounts per New Horizons are void if portions of the above training are cancelled. New Horizons guarantees only those services set forth in the agreement. Client agrees not to hire any New Horizons employee for (1) year after the completion of the training ordered an Order Agreement
