They offer a ton of different classes for all, for the beginner's and for experts. I like the fact that you can attend the classes from your home computer, work computer or you can go to the facility and use their resources. Ralph enhanced the course with exercises, quizzes, vocabulary, and knowledge reinforcements to the standard NH information packet (pdf textbook and slides). His objective based approach is superior and reflects well on NH. The AF / DoD requirement for information assurance certification leads many to take the Sec+ exam without administrator experience. The exam is difficult enough without the handicap of a lackluster presentation. I'll let you know how I feel when I retake the exam! My confidence is restored, let's see how it comes out."
