Veteran Funding Options
The GI Bill® provides a number of education benefits for service members and veterans. New Horizons of East Tennessee (Knoxville, Chattanooga and Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol) provides a variety of training programs that qualify for these benefits. This means you can get started on a new career path with little to no out of pocket expenses. Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) Funding
In partnership with TradeUp, fund your training with an Income Sharing Agreement (ISA). TradeUp finances your education while you train for a new career. Instead of loans, use an ISA which means you don’t pay it back until you land a job! Maximum Cap, fixed payment period and no credit checks or co-signers. What is an ISA?

Student Loans
Private student loans are available to fund your training and future career. New Horizons of East Tennessee (Knoxville, Chattanooga and Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol) recommends consulting with your banking institution or financial advisor to help figure out the best student loan option for you. You can also apply online at Paramount Capital Group for a student loan.
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Funding
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides job training benefits for adults, dislocated workers and youth to help gain skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment. Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Funding
The TAA program was designed to help workers who lost their previous job due to foreign outsourcing. The TAA program includes job training benefits that may be used at New Horizons of East Tennessee (Knoxville, Chattanooga and Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol).
