How to redeem an achievement code

Click the link you received for your achievement code.

You will need to sign into your Microsoft account or create a new account. To create a new account see steps below. It is recommended to use your personal account for redeeming your Achievement code; however you can also use your business account. You will also have the ability to link accounts if needed.

You will receive a popup asking you to redeem your code. Select Redeem.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will receive a notification that the achievement has been added to your profile.

 

 

 

 

 

Select View Profile and you will be able to see all the badges that are on your profile. Great job!

 


 

 


How to create a new account

Select Create One, if you do not have a Microsoft account (personal or business), you will need to create a new account.

Create a new email address.

Create a password for your account.

 

Add in your region and birthday.

 

Add in your name.

You may need to solve a puzzle or do an activity to prove you are human. 

You will then get a sign in page.

Select Next.

Create your profile.

Select your region.

You will get a "You’re All Set" page.

Select "Back to Learn" and follow the steps above to redeem your code.
