Business Systems Analysts (BSA)

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) works with the business to understand their needs, specifically as it relates to information technology (IT). Using their knowledge of the organization’s technology infrastructure and specific software applications, they help the business to address changes through technology. BSAs also provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities, and make recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support business goals.
